SALD's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Service User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

  • No Sale of Data: We do not sell, trade, or transfer your personal data to third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
  • Limited Use: We only access the minimum amount of Gmail data required to perform the actions you explicitly trigger (e.g., sending a campaign).
  • Encryption: All data transmitted between the extension and our backend (BFF) is encrypted using industry-standard protocols.

5. Permissions Justification

Our extension requires the following permissions to function:

  • https://mail.google.com/: To read, compose, and send emails for your marketing campaigns.
  • storage: To save your local configurations and preferences.
  • scripting & sidePanel: To provide the user interface within the Gmail tab.

6. User Rights and Data Retention

You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information at any time. You can disconnect the extension from your Google Account settings, which will revoke our access to your data. We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide you with our services.
