Welcome to SALD. These Terms govern your use of our Chrome Extension and related services. By using SALD, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

SALD integrates CRM and Email Marketing tools into Gmail, allowing users to:

  • Manage contacts and business communications.
  • Send marketing campaigns and personalized 1-1 emails via Gmail integration.
  • Automate outreach workflows and track email engagement.

3. User Accounts and Registration

  • Authentication: SALD uses Google OAuth. You grant us the necessary permissions (including gmail.send) to provide the Service.
  • Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purposes or violate Google's Terms of Service.
  • Send spam, unsolicited bulk emails, or messages that violate applicable anti-spam laws.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data.

5. Google API Services

Our use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Service User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We only access data for actions you explicitly trigger. You may revoke access at any time via your Google Account security settings.

6. Intellectual Property

SALD, its features, and its branding are owned by SALD and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your business purposes.

7. User Content and Data

  • Ownership: You retain full ownership of all data you input into the Service, including contacts, messages, and content.
  • Data Use: We only access your data to provide and improve the Service as outlined in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, trade, or share your data with third parties for advertising purposes.

  • Deliverability: We do not guarantee specific email delivery rates, as they depend on factors outside our control, including recipient server policies and sender reputation.

9. Termination

You may stop using SALD at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your rights to use the Service will immediately cease.
