Welcome to SALD ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our Chrome Extension and related services (collectively, the "Service"). SALD is a Chrome Extension that integrates CRM and Email Marketing tools directly into your Gmail interface. The Service allows users to:

  • Compose and send 1-to-1 emails through Gmail integration
  • Organize and manage business communications

3. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the SALD Chrome Extension, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. 6. Google API Services

SALD's access to Google APIs is subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy:

  • You can revoke our access at any time through your Google Account settings

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SALD and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination
