SALD integrates CRM and Email Marketing tools into Gmail, allowing users to:

• Manage contacts and business communications.
• Send marketing campaigns and 1-1 emails via Gmail integration.
• Automate status tracking and inbox organization.

3. User Accounts and Registration

• Authentication: SALD uses Google OAuth. You grant us necessary permissions (including gmail.modify) to provide the Service.
• Security: You are responsible for all activities under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for illegal purposes or violate Google's Terms of Service.
• Send spam or unsolicited bulk emails violating anti-spam laws.
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or data.

5. Google API Services

Our access to Google APIs is subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy. We only access data for actions you explicitly trigger. You can revoke access anytime via Google settings.

6. Intellectual Property

SALD and its features are owned by SALD and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited license for business use.

• Ownership: You retain ownership of all data you input (contacts, content).
• Data Use: We only access data to provide the Service as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers and Liability

• "As Is": The service is provided without warranties of any kind.
• Deliverability: We do not guarantee email delivery rates as they depend on external providers.
• Limitation: SALD is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Termination

You may stop using SALD at any time. We may suspend access if you violate these Terms.
